JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized person to train as a Receptionist, and other administrative roles. No experience is necessary but general computer skills will be needed. Taking a recent office administration course would would be a benefit.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • No experience is required but an office administration course would be preferred
  • Strong computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Office applications and Quickbooks on-line would be an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

    Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
