Are you energetic, team-oriented, customer service focused, and a self-motivated superstar? Treloar Physiotherapy Clinic is looking for an Experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our team!
The position available is full-time and requires someone who is VERY detail-oriented, can multi-task extremely well, has experience with computers and works well independently or as part of a dynamic team.

Job duties include:

  • Providing prompt and courteous service to all clients at TPC
  • Billing for clinic services, both private and insurance related
  • Scheduling appointments for a staff of over 30 therapists
  • Management of client claims, involving communication with ICBC/WSBC
  • Preparation of billing files for third-party insurers
  • Communicating with doctors and specialists
  • File management and daily chart organization
  • Ensuring reception area is stocked with necessary supplies
  • Clinic upkeep - maintaining tidiness in all areas of the clinic and doing laundry
  • Closing duties

Shift: 10:00am - 6:00pm Weekdays
