Description

Due to expansion our client requires a Receptionist/ADMINISTRATOR
You will be based in the entrance security area, answering switchboard, taking calls, transferring messages to appropriate persons within the organization. Meeting and greeting drivers coming into the complex, dealing with appropriate documents, filing them and ensuring they are correctly filed in an appropriate system.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. At least 1 years experience in taking calls and operating a switchboard.
  2. 2 years sound administrative background.
  3. Excellent telephone manner.
  4. Customer facing role so a polite and accommodating manner is essential.
  5. If you are successful this position would be starting MONDAY 2nd JUNE
Responsibilities

· Starting hourly rate: £13.00 per hour to
· Full 28 days per year holiday pay.
· Excellent on site facilities.
