OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous office experience is essential, with a background in administrative roles preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of work, particularly in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment
