JOB SUMMARY: The Receptionists job duties are providing exceptional phone presence and customer service support on day to day basis to our communities and staff within the organization. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Exceptional phone presence and customer service Solid communication skills, both written and oral Friendly, helpful, and a team player Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc. Warmly welcome all VIP residents and prospective residents into the leasing office Offer refreshments and Marketing collateral Answer and direct phone calls, direct walk-in traffic and appointments appropriately Maintain a positive high energy ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES: Behaves in a responsible, professional and ethical manner. Treats others with consideration and respect. Shows up to work on time, follows directions from the Community Director, interacts well with coworkers and accepts constructive criticism. Performs other tasks and duties assigned by the Community Director or other company Directors or Owner. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual required (English and Spanish). 5 years of Receptionist/Administrative experience Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform intermediate level mathematical calculations. Ability to plan, organizes, and prioritizes work. Good interpersonal and analytical skills. Computer skills, including internet use, email, word and excel. Physical ability to bend, stretch, stand, sit, and walk for period up to three hours before taking a break.
