JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dedicated and versatile team member who can work as both a receptionist and aesthetician at our busy nail and beauty salon in Glen Abby, Oakville

• Greet clients, answer phone calls, and book appointments.
• Check clients in and out, handle payments, and manage daily cash flow.
• Provide facials, relaxation massages, manicures, pedicures, and body waxing
• Assist with setting up pedicure chairs and ensuring a smooth workflow for the team.
• Keep the reception and workspace clean and organized.
• Requirements:
• Experience in aesthetics (facials, massages, waxing, nails, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of salon booking systems (training can be provided)
• Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in accordance with industry standards.
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and promote business growth.
• Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and hospitality.
• Strong background in guest services with a focus on hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Familiarity with front desk operations in a spa or salon environment.
