Responsibilities
  • To create a warm, welcoming and lasting impression for our guests.
  • To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests to reflect our Aethos standards.
  • To handle incoming enquiries swiftly regarding check in/check out times, room availability, hotels services.
  • To deal with the arrival and departure processes for all guests, ensuring all standard operating procedures are adhered to.
  • To have a good knowledge of Mews beneficial and ensure all guest information is captured.
  • To carefully handle all necessary payments in line with department SOPs.
  • To be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest billing, financial transactions and the Reception float.
  • To maximize revenue by upselling hotel services including transportation, room category/breakfast upsells, F&B and Spa.
  • To anticipate guest’s needs and provide them with a personalised, crafted experience.
  • Collaborate with all other teams in the hotel, and all outsourced business partners to ensure the utmost satisfaction for our guests.
  • To ensure compliance with standards of operation.
  • To be an ambassador for Aethos as well as someone who embodies our values.
