A distinguished hedge fund management firm, based in Marylebone, is looking for a polished and professional career Receptionist to join their team.
Typical duties include front of house coordination and telephone management, calendar and meeting coordination, meeting support, conference and travel management and administrative support.
This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operation of front of house services and providing comprehensive admin support to the the investment team. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate professionalism, discretion and have a proactive approach to guest interaction and internal coordination.
This is a temp to permanent position with an immediate start and requires candidates with previous corporate Receptionist experience.
