Description

As Receptionist, you will always be responsible for providing a high quality front-line and administrative service to the internal and external customers while maintaining the Company’s high professional standards

  • Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner and in line with the company policy. Screen and transfer call as appropriate.
  • Greet all visitors positively and professionally.
  • Ensure the reception area is always kept tidy and well presented.
  • Booking meeting rooms and conference facilities as required.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Maintaining the stock of office supplies (stationery), monitoring distribution, and making the necessary inventory to order office supplies.
  • Dealing with queries or request from visitors and employees.
  • Perform all other admin works assigned by Managing director or HR.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
