Kids Zone has been Dubai families' favourite place to play, learn and celebrate since 2009, at Souk Al Bahar next to Dubai Mall. We run birthday parties, an indoor play area, the Ready for School Playgroup, workshops, Drop & Shop childcare and corporate events, and we are growing through franchising.

We are welcoming 3 fresh graduates into a 3-month Graduate Trainee Programme. This is not a certificate internship: it is real, hands-on training in a busy family business, with a full-time job offer at the end for the trainees who perform best.

How the 3 months work:

• Month 1 - Learn: front desk, POS, CRM, safety and how our parties run. You shadow the team and earn your sign-offs (POS, check-in, our AI assistant Zoe and lead handling).
• Month 2 - Do: real work with support. You handle enquiries and calls, help host workshops and parties, and help create Instagram content.
• Month 3 - Own: you own a project with a clear, measurable result, for example a set of leads you follow up and convert, a weekly content plan, or a workshop you plan and fill. Your results are tracked on our team leaderboard.
• End of programme: a review with the owner. The best trainees receive a full-time job offer.

What you will learn:

• Guest service and sales in a premium family venue
• Running children's parties, workshops and activities safely
• Using a modern CRM, POS and AI tools every day
• Social media and content for a well-known Dubai brand

Desired Candidate Profile

Who we are looking for:

• Fresh graduates in hospitality, business, marketing, education or early childhood (final-semester students are welcome)
• High energy, loves working with children and families, and confident on the phone
• You take initiative: you have organised, led or sold something (an event, a club, a fundraiser or a part-time job)
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
• Available for weekends and evenings (we are open 365 days a year)
• Living in the UAE on a family or own visa (we do not sponsor a visa for this programme)
