Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for creating a positive impression and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors. The ideal candidate should be professional, approachable, and efficient in handling various administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
  • High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Welcome Visitors: Warmly greet and assist visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Manage Phone Calls: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.
  • Front Desk Management: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and interviews.
  • Mail and Packages: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and managing documents.
  • Visitor Log: Maintain the visitor logbook and ensure proper security protocols for guests.
  • Communication: Handle inquiries, direct clients or visitors to the appropriate staff member, and provide general information about the organization.
  • Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring front desk inventory is stocked.
