We are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to be the face of our company and ensure smooth front-desk operations and administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage day-to-day reception duties, coordinate administrative tasks, and contribute to a positive office experience. Front Desk & Visitor Management Greet and assist clients, guests, and staff with warmth and professionalism. Manage phone calls, emails, and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times. Administrative Support Coordinate meeting room bookings, appointments, and internal schedules. Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and supply inventory. Maintain visitor logs and adhere to office security and confidentiality procedures. Office Coordination Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Assist HR or Admin with onboarding tasks, such as preparing welcome kits and issuing access badges. Support event logistics, internal communication, and team coordination as needed. Customer Service & Communication Provide helpful and accurate information to visitors and callers. Remain composed and professional while handling inquiries or guest concerns. Escalate any issues or urgent matters to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a front-desk administrative role. Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CRM or booking tools is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure. Dependable, punctual, and committed to high-quality service. Salary & Benefits Salary Range: 3,000 – 3,500 AED per month (based on experience and professionalism) Work Visa Sponsorship Medical Insurance in accordance with UAE labor laws 30 Days of Paid Annual Leave Work Arrangement Type: Full-time, on-site position.
