Join Audi Abu Dhabi's After Sales Services team as a Receptionist, where you’ll play a vital role in managing communications, welcoming customers and visitors, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the service department. Key Responsibilities: • Operate the telephone switchboard efficiently, connecting, transferring, and directing incoming calls as required. • Answer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information to customers, visitors, and staff. • Manage incoming, outgoing, and internal calls, ensuring prompt and courteous communication. • Welcome customers and visitors to the showroom and service center, providing assistance and directions when required. • Maintain a comfortable and professional reception environment for all visitors. • Coordinate the timely distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence. • Monitor telephone bills and ensure personal calls are allocated correctly. • Maintain the appearance and organization of the reception area, including magazines, seating, and office displays. • Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, typing, data entry, and record maintenance. • Prepare and maintain files, records, and documentation as required. • Support departmental operations by assisting with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and visitor hospitality when needed. • Communicate any operational concerns or issues to the Service Manager. • Provide administrative support and perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager. Role Purpose: To provide exceptional front-line customer service by managing all reception and switchboard activities efficiently while supporting the administrative functions of the After Sales Services department and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for customers and visitors.   What We're Looking For: • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar receptionist, front desk, or customer service role. • Education: Diploma or Degree in any discipline. • Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are preferred. • Software Skills: Computer literacy with proficiency in standard office applications. • Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, professional appearance, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused approach.   Why Join Audi Abu Dhabi?
