Job Description Job Description We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to become the face of Bela Brand Bat. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and organized environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative settings and understands the importance of top-tier administrative support. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, guests, and staff in a professional and courteous manner Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls and routing inquiries Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and supply management Support internal departments with administrative tasks as needed Communicate with building management and external vendors when required Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred 1+ year of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front desk role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient with office software (MS Office, email systems, etc.) Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary: $50,000 – $55,000 annually Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding creative firm Skills development and internal training support Collaborative and creative work environment Paid time off and holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) with employer match
