Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
