Your responsibilities will include managing the front desk area, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly attitude. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage the reception area ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for staff members. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently. Maintain an up-to-date visitor log and issue visitor badges as necessary. Qualifications Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer service focus.
