T Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently. Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. Maintain and update visitor logs and daily attendance records. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification as a receptionist or in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
