As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing appointment schedules, and performing various administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the front office. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage and coordinate appointment schedules and conference room bookings. Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with office software, such as MS Office and phone systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
