Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain the calendar for meetings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
