Georges River 16ft Sailing Club is making a much-anticipated return this September 2025, and we’re looking for a Receptionist to be the warm, welcoming face that greets every guest who walks through our doors.

About the Role
As our Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth and positive first impression. You’ll be across everything from membership enquiries and bookings to general admin and front-of-house support. No two days will be the same!

• Greeting members and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Handling enquiries, membership processing, and providing information about our services and events
• Managing entry in line with Club policies and RSA/RCG requirements
• Operating the POS system and supporting booking and transaction processes
• Keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming
• Assisting with admin tasks like filing, data entry, and communication with other departments

What We’re Looking For

• A current RSA & RCG
• Strong communication and people skills
• A customer-first mindset and friendly approach
• Experience in reception, hospitality or admin is a plus
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office tools
• Organised, reliable, and well-presented
• Willingness to work flexible hours across weekdays, weekends and evenings
