We are on the hunt for a dynamic and dedicated Receptionist who brings at least 2+years of experience. The ideal candidate should:
- Possess confidence in all facets of customer service work. Both over the phone and face to face.
- Be adept at handling phone and online orders.
- Strong leadership and self-management skills to organise tasks in a timely manner
- Have the ability to swiftly and effectively organise themselves from the daily tasks
- Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a readiness to exceed customer expectations and efficiently handle inquiries.
- Assist with Weddings, Events and Corporate enquires
-Assist with local flower delivery (if needed)
Candidates should be willing to commit to working 3-5 days per week, 9am-3pm
We require a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience for this position. Additionally, we can offer a work visa for the role if needed.
