Responsibilities

We are seeking a Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join the team at our facility in Kewdale, Perth. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact for all visitors - meeting, greeting, and directing visitors
  • Assisting with IT support requests – i.e. new users and basic troubleshooting
  • Ordering stationary and maintaining required levels
  • Ensuring Visitor registration including implementing the signing in procedure, announcing their arrival and allocating names badges
  • Printing, laminating binding and scanning of documents
  • Being the point of contact for our suppliers
  • Maintenance requests and filing and archiving
  • Catering for monthly team get togethers, training schools and business lunches etc
  • New employee onboarding assistance and collating employment documentation
  • Streamlining and updating reception procedures
  • Assisting with travel bookings and phone screening of candidates
  • Ad hoc duties as required
