JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Vacancy: Receptionist and Administrator
UK Parachuting is looking for a receptionist administrator to work alongside the Operations Manager and Chief Instructor. This role will be based at our Beccles branch.
This role is full time and permanent, however, the hours will fluctuate depending on the season. Expect to be working 38 hours per week (Apr-Sep) and 18 hours per week (Oct-Mar). Flexi time and time accrued will apply, allowing for a flexible work plan. This flexibility allows the right candidate to potentially take a second job during the winter months.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

This is a fast-paced work environment, and you must be able to work well under pressure. You need to be timely, reliable and deliver excellent customer service. You need to be IT proficient and good with numbers. You need to have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

· Public facing, meeting and greeting.
· Checking clients in and making sure all forms and waivers have been completed accurately.
· Taking payments. Working on the EPOS system.
· Selling equipment and clothing and maintaining a neat and tidy display of items.
· Liaising with clients face to face and on the phone, answering any questions or complaints.
· Manifesting and load organising.
· Daily Administration.

· Maintaining a neat and tidy office, cleaning up after each day’s operation.
