About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, organized Receptionist / Client Concierge who will be the welcoming face of our clinics. This role combines traditional reception duties with local area marketing, including visiting nearby businesses and distributing flyers to raise awareness about our services.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients warmly at both Willetton and Morley clinics
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Maintain client records accurately and confidentially
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Support local area marketing campaigns (e.g., delivering flyers, introducing our services to nearby businesses)
  • Act as a concierge by assisting patients with directions, information, and a welcoming experience
  • General office administration and upkeep

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in customer service preferred
  • Friendly and professional communication skills
  • Strong organizational ability with attention to detail
  • Confidence in approaching people and promoting services locally
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Current driver’s license and willingness to travel between Willetton and Morley
  • A positive, proactive, and compassionate attitude
