Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Receptionist and Data Administrator.
The Receptionist role is term time only and is the first point of contact for welcoming all visitors to the school, including our current, and prospective, parents and pupils. The role involves managing twice daily registration and absence reporting, room bookings, answering and directing telephone calls, along with some day-to-day administration to assist in the smooth running of the School.
The Data Administration role is primarily in the school holidays, working with the Senior Master and IT teams you will be using iSAMS to create, maintain and update timetables, pupil and staff information.
The role is 40 hours a week 8 am – 5pm Monday – Friday during term time and 30 hours a week Monday- Friday during school holidays.
You will have a holiday allowance that can only be taken during the school holidays.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a School environment or experience in a customer facing role with a wide range of customers, experience of data management, use of excel is essential and use of ISAMS is desirable.
