Description:

OVERVIEW

Owned by the Westbank First Nation (“WFN”), Ntityix Development Corporation (“NDC”) is a group of businesses with a growing portfolio of companies in forestry management, institutional and residential construction, and commercial real estate joint ventures.
Ntityix is looking for a detail orientated Office Assistant to work in administrative and management support, in a client greeting environment. The Office Assistant will work with each company, and assist the management team with daily administrative duties. The Receptionist and Office Assistant reports directly to the NDC Chief Financial Officer.
NDC manages Ntityix Development Limited Partnership that includes Ntityix Resources LP, Kilawna Builders Ltd, Lakeridge Park Residential Corp, and external partnerships. Ntityix is a progressive employer with an excellent working environment and benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· Office administration, accounting or bookkeeping certificate or related experience
· Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Excellent computer skills
· Experience with Sage 50 (Simply) accounting software and QuickBooks online accounting software preferred but will train
· Digital telephone and voicemail system
· Photocopier, scanning

Responsibilities:

· Administrative support, reception, client greeting
· Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner
· Assist with accounts payables, expense reports and data entry
· Accept and process payments from walk in customers and Lakeridge Park Estate residents
· Assist management with travel and meeting arrangements
· Responsible for filing and general office organization
· Purchase, receive, and store office supplies to maintain inventory
· Assist with compiling reports including monthly, quarterly and annual deliverables
· Assist management with scheduling of meetings and events
· Participates in the development and preparation of agendas, attends meetings and records minutes
· Acts as liaison and coordinator with WFN for the dissemination of notifications and Community events.
· Additional duties as assigned by senior management from time to time
