Responsibilities

This role is a vital member of our Administration team and provides reception and administrative support to assist with the daily operations for our engineers, scientists, and project managers.
It requires strong attention to detail, organisation, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
This is a great opportunity for a front office professional to deliver high-quality customer service while managing reception duties and administrative responsibilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meet and greet office visitors and clients
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
  • Manage building access cards and visitor access
  • Manage outbound/inbound local, domestic and international courier bookings
  • Office stationery management
  • Office food and beverage catering
  • Purchase Orders
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Booking medicals for site work
  • Drive local office culture: Internal event coordination – staff events, client meetings, managing logistics and catering.
  • Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Maintaining office appearance
  • Other ad hoc administrative tasks

The role can be full time or part time (shorter hours across 5 days) to allow the successful candidate to balance work/life responsibilities.
