Your opportunity
You will provide administrative support for the organization and internal Departments/Teams at a basic level. This is a 6 month Part -Time opportunity for some one who is open for 8am start to work for 2 days a week (Thursdays and Fridays).

With integrity and resilience, you will:

  • Ensure that all stakeholders are respected and treated with empathy and dignity through providing them with choice to live their daily life in a way that is special and unique to them and that is consistent with their wellbeing.
  • Ensure that all administration processes are managed effectively through appropriate implementation, monitoring and ongoing improvements to processes where required.
  • Ensure efficient and safe operations of the Anglicare’s services by arranging training and development and being involved in selection decisions.
  • Ensure that information is properly recorded by updating the relevant files in accordance with organisation guidelines and completing all related administration, filing and spreadsheet/database updates and contribution to the development of care plans.
  • Contribute to the development of the safety culture by keeping their workplace safe, clean and tidy, complying with site safety rules, reporting hazards, incidents, near misses and injuries to their supervisor, participating in workplace consultation activities and actively participating in any other safety activities as prescribed in the WHSIMS.

What you’ll bring
Ideally, you will bring experience in managing administrative activities in a fast-paced environment

You will also need:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration, or similar
  • Need previous experience in the relevant field.
