Description

We are looking for a dynamic Part-Time Receptionist to join us to support our daily activities in a residential care home in Drogheda, Co Louth
3 months Fix-term contract with the prolonging opportunity
Working pattern: Monday- Saturday from 07:45:15:45
Average of 5 to 10 working hours per week

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • English fluency
  • Ability to work on own initiative and effectively work to deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • To greet and welcome visitors, being prompt, polite, and helpful to them.
  • To answer the telephone and transfer, as appropriate, to the required department.
  • Answer the company telephone in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Responding to emails.
  • Dealing with clients in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Ensure all areas are clean and there are no access restrictions
  • To take and deliver messages as necessary.
  • To ensure, following Fire Regulations, that all visitors sign in and out.
  • To keep the office tidy and ensure that important documents are not left lying about
  • General Administration duties.
  • Teamwork - work closely with our entire team who will introduce you to the operating system.
  • Provide relief cover/annual leave cover for the cleaning and laundry positions
  • Be ready to undertake any other task and project assigned to you by the Site manager
