Their expert team combines extensive NHS experience with the flexibility of private practice, providing evidence-based treatments that help restore movement and function. They specialise in addressing a range of conditions, including back and neck pain, sciatica, and sports injuries.
They are seeking a Receptionist Apprentice to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, book appointments, handle payments, and liaise with physiotherapists and patients to ensure a seamless client experience.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· IT literate: familiarity with social media would be beneficial
· Friendly, personable, and professional demeanour
· Punctual and reliable with good time management skills
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum GCSEs (grade A-C) in English and Mathematics, or equivalent.
·Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
· Assist with business communications, order processing, invoicing, and expenditure tracking
· Manage client invoicing, collect data, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
· Provide information on company services and assist clients with bookings
· Communicate professionally via phone and email, building strong client relationships
· Assist with travel arrangements and minor technical support within the team
· Prepare and organize documents, including editing, printing, and binding
· Support business operations by identifying areas for improvement and efficiency
