Job Description * Checks the daily arrival list. * Welcomes customers to the hotel. * Responds to customer requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings. * Arranges for special services requested by the customer. * Stays current with developments in the hotel by reviewing the communication; updates log book and prepares for next shift. * Provide personalized, courteous service and information to guests. * Follows-up and verifies arrivals by updating registration cards in regards to spelling of guest’s name, address and method of payment. * Handles incoming guest room reservations. * Maximize customer satisfaction and utilization of hotel facilities by promoting hotel outlets and other facilities to guests. * Is aware, at all times, of current room status and room availability. * Is fully aware of, and knows how to handle, all current and future hotel promotions. * Adhere to Hotel and corporate guidelines. * Maintain confidentiality with all guest information. * Maintain up to date knowledge on events and activities in the city. * Natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service. * Previous experience in a hotel or service industry preferred. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. Qualifications Minimum 3/ 4 years in the same position in a 4/5 star hotel. Natural / Smiling attitude towards providing excellent quality service. Good command of English Language Possess a pleasing personality. Age – 25 to 35 Years Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment. Guest relation oriented.
