RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greeting and assisting families upon their arrival at the funeral home.
• Answering the switchboard, transferring calls internally and to branch locations and forwarding accurate messages to the respective department or individual.
• Responding to general inquiries as required.
• Assisting with the preparation of various rooms during visitations, various rituals, funeral services, receptions and any other related tasks.
• Performing other duties as required.
