Job Description We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a Receptionist to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team in our Regional Office in New Cairo, Egypt. What you will need to do: Arrange/manage meetings with visitors Perform translations from Arabic to English and vice versa. Manage documents Receive and circulate company mail Travel arrangements (Hotel reservations / flight ticket booking … etc.) Creating and maintaining contact list Arrange meetings for the Management Organize social events Handle courier services, including Coordinate and track international & domestic shipments to and from the company. Manage company telephone system Other tasks as assigned What you will need to have: A fresh graduate with a BSc from a reputable university. – Language school is a MUST (preferably French school) Good command in English both oral and written. PC Literate (Microsoft Excel, Word) What it is nice to have: French speaker is a plus. Can join immediately. You are someone who: Highly organized, professional, and always presents a positive image. Communicates clearly and confidently and can handle guests and inquiries with courtesy and efficiency. Learns quickly, adapts easily, and works well within a team environment. Pays strong attention to detail and is reliable in completing tasks accurately. Can multitask effectively while maintaining excellent time management.
