Hours & Compensation: PRN/Per Diem 2 Available shifts 8:00am - 4:00pm every other weekend (Saturday, Sunday) OR As needed, weekdays or weekends Holiday rotation: 2 holidays a year working a 5 hour shift Pay: $15.00/hour Job Description Greets, directs and provides appropriate resources to residents and visitors. Manages incoming call queue. Monitors, screens and unlocks exterior doors by utilizing camera’s and security system. Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment. Coordinates service/maintenance calls. Completes Meal Tracker menus for residents in a timely manner Qualifications Minimum one (1) year of reception experience with heavy public contact, or in a security monitoring environment required. Responsibilities
The receptionist will greet and direct residents and visitors, manage the incoming call queue, and monitor security systems including exterior doors via cameras. They are also responsible for creating a warm atmosphere and coordinating service or maintenance calls for residents.
