Located in a picturesque country setting, they offer a five-star experience of architecturally designed villas, world class facilities, and a soon to open Care Centre with a philosophy of ‘live life your way’.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Receptionist will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to the residents of the Care Centre, and their families along with the finance, clinical and administration teams within the Care Center. Your responsibilities will be challenging and varied, and will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service over the phone and face to face
• Meeting and greeting visitors, suppliers, residents and their families
• Diary management
• H&S document administration
• Supporting the Administration Manager with projects
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Providing administration support to the clinical and finance teams
• Assisting the Administration Manager with software and systems implementation

This full time position will be worked across four week days (flexible with the day not worked) and either a Saturday or Sunday.
