Job Description We are seeking a confident and guest-focused Receptionist / Assistant Manager to join our Front Office team. This role is responsible for leading shifts, managing guest enquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel. You will take full responsibility for the hotel while working Assistant Manager shifts. You will also be maintaining safety, security, and service standards while resolving guest issues and supporting the team to deliver exceptional experiences. This is a part-time role, worked across a seven-day roster. Qualifications NZ Full driver's license required Positive, outgoing, and approachable personality; leads by example Ability to make sound, independent decisions 1–2 years in a management or supervisory role Comfortable working over a seven-day roster Computer literate; Opera and Micros experience advantageous Current LCQ and GM Certificate Additional Information We are far more than a worldwide leader.
