Join our reception team working as an administration assistant and care for our clients while completing our training program and obtaining registration as a property manager.

Responsibilities

Your work at reception includes:

  • Greeting walk-in clients
  • Answering the phone and transferring calls
  • Assisting clients with rent payments, applications for tenancy and maintenance requests.
  • Office Assistant
  • Office administration
  • Customer service

You will also be completing a training course by supporting our property management team through learning and doing:

  • Rental home opens and private viewings
  • Routine inspections
  • Property condition reports
  • Maintenance management
  • General office duties to help our property managers work go smoothly

There is plenty of variety and the work is fast paced.
As you gain experience and skills, you will spend time out of the office at rental properties.
Your initial training will be at our main office in Cloverdale, and you may subsequently continue at Cloverdale or be assigned to our Beechboro office.
The objective of the role is for you to obtain your property management registration within six months.
Once you have achieved your registration, you will be eligible for promotion to either Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager, and we have a desk for you as soon as you are ready and capable!
