This position would be PART TIME & APPLICANT MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY TO WORK WEEKENDS. The following shifts are available: Saturdays from 2pm-6pm Sundays from 2pm - 6pm The Receptionist is responsible for facilitating resident and guest enjoyment by providing information and assistance in response to a wide variety of requests. We are searching for an outstanding individuals with excellent customer service skills. You must be able to multi-task and love to work in a “fast-paced” and “positive” work environment. This vibrant receptionists will be focused on customer service and one who truly enjoys interacting with seniors. Please be responsible/dependable, goal-driven and an autonomous self-starter with an entrepreneurial passion and drive to reach the pinnacle of success. Experience with dementia care preferred. Ability to handle multiple priorities Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate small group presentations Competent in organizational, time management skills Food handlers, first aide, and CPR certified (Or within first 3 months of employment) Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in a resident’s best interest Proficiency in basic computer systems and design program to help design community flyers and events Ability to work semi-independently without direct supervision by following community procedures and guidelines and have the ability to follow through on assigned tasks Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills
