Have you got experience working as a Hotel Receptionist? Love speaking to people and giving exceptional customer service to every guest? Used to working to pace and thriving during busy periods on Reception? Banchory Lodge want to hear from you!
You must be an outgoing and friendly person and possess good communication skills. Previous experience of Front of House Systems would be an advantage but full training will be given to the right candidate.
You will be required to assist in the day-to-day running of the reception area at Banchory Lodge, answering calls, handling guest enquiries, checking guests in and out, taking reservations.
You will work closely with other hotel departments, especially housekeeping, to ensure rooms are ready for guests to check in.
Banchory Lodge has a busy front desk so you must be organized and able to work as a team or on your own initiative, providing a high level of customer service at all times.
A good level of competence in Office 365 and numerical data input is also essential to this role as reception have responsibilty for producing a number of sales reports.
