Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Greet and communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Keep track of client appointments and manage the schedule efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Experience:
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software for managing financial transactions
- Strong customer support skills to provide a positive experience for clients
- Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Basic computer skills for office administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining client records
- Excellent organizational skills to manage paperwork, files, and inventory at the front desk
