Job Description Portico are currently on the lookout for a Part Time Receptionist for a Surrey based client in the financial services industry. The friendly welcome from our reception team defines the first impressions guests and visitors have of the firm. They play and essential role in the front of house services at this site, with a focus on exceptional customer care at the core of everything they do! The role of the Receptionist is to provide a friendly welcome to staff and their visitors, serving as a coordination point between the firm’s internal operations and the external world of their clients, ensuring that the highest level of client care and personal service is provided to all stakeholders. Duties include visitor management, meeting room booking, preparation and maintenance, monitoring health and safety, and managing a busy switchboard. Shifts: 25 hours per week. Shifts are between 1pm - 6pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to cover an early shift when needed. Salary: £21,840 per annum Qualifications Personality is key within this role and the ability to quickly build strong working relationships and rapport is an absolute must. We are looking for someone professional, yet bubbly, chatty, with a great sense of humour. Previous experience working within a corporate or high-end hotel environment is essential.
