Job Description Our client, a world-renowned law firm based near Moorgate Station, is preparing to open the doors to a brand-new workplace — and we’re looking for an exceptional Receptionist to join our guest services team. As a receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for everyone entering the building, from colleagues to clients and guests. You’ll set the tone for the day with a friendly welcome, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for having meaningful interactions. This role calls for someone who is constantly on the move, ready to help wherever needed, while maintaining a calm and approachable presence. You’ll be comfortable to manage your own time, prioritise tasks, and handle queries with professionalism and empathy. While experience in a law firm is a bonus, it’s not essential — what matters most is your ability to interact with people and deliver a consistently high standard of service. You’ll also be expected to be on your feet, working closely alongside our team to aid the flow and energy of the space. So, you will need to be comfortable to stand for long periods.
