• Serve as a main point of contact for all Pre- members, providing attentive, tailored service that reflects our values.
• Manage day-to-day communication via phone, email, and in-person visits in a thoughtful and efficient manner.
• Build friendly relationships with members and understanding their skincare goals and preferences to support their experience.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a warm, professional, and proactive Receptionist to join the team at Pre-, as we redefine self-care through curated memberships. This role is a key support function, ensuring each guest receives a premium, personalised experience. Reporting to the Studio Manager and working alongside our treatment specialists, you will serve as a first and lasting impression of Pre-.
You will contribute to member engagement, front-of-house service, and the smooth day-to-day running of the studio, blending high-touch hospitality with attention to detail.
