Descrizione del lavoro Con l’accordo e la supervisione del Front Office Manager si occupa di: • Accoglienza clienti dall'arrivo alla partenza • Informa il cliente sulle condizioni di soggiorno, le formalità e i servizi dell'hotel • Trasmette le informazioni necessarie agli altri reparti • Gestione del centralino • Gestione della cassa • Gestione corrispondenza With the agreement and supervision of the Front Office Manager, he/she is responsible for: • Customer reception from arrival to departure • Inform the customer about the conditions of stay, formalities and services of the hotel • Transmits necessary information to other departments • Switchboard management • Cash management • Correspondence managing Qualifiche Diploma/Laurea nel settore Turistico • Ottima conoscenza di italiano, inglese e francese • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni maturata in hotel 4*/5* e/o Relais & Châteaux • Completano il profilo capacità organizzative, comunicazione, orientamento al cliente e collaborazione • Diploma/Degree in the Tourism sector • Excellent knowledge of Italian, English and French • At least 2 years' experience gained in 4*/5* hotels and/or Relais & Châteaux • Organizational skills, communication, customer orientation and collaboration complete the profile Ulteriori informazioni La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno della dimora Relais & Châteaux a conduzione familiare che offre accoglienza e ospitalità al proprio staff garantendo un ambiente di lavoro sereno dove a ogni collaboratore viene riconosciuto l’impegno al successo dell’hotel - Contratto a tempo determinato (disponibilità immediata e fino al 17 ottobre 2026 ) - CCNL Turismo.
