POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, creating a positive and professional first impression. Your role will be critical in ensuring smooth office operations through effective communication, scheduling, and administrative support.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a receptionist or a similar administrative role.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments.
  • Open and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all documents.
  • Handle correspondence with clients, including email, phone, and written communications.
