Description Position Overview: To provide assistance to the Administrator and all Department Managers in a prompt and courteous manner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide customer service to all residents and their families. Monitoring the switchboard, answering and transferring of all incoming calls. Order and track Oxygen usage. Responsible for all CNA re-certifications. Sort and distribute resident/staff mail. Record meeting minutes for medical direction/professional standards. Distribute petty cash/balance drawers. Input of all information into residents file/database. Keep current on a daily basis resident disaster tags, ID bracelets, and resident list. Responsible for all office mailings. Responsible for all physician credentialing/current licenses and insurances. Responsible to keep current licenses/insurances/contracts on all vendors affiliated with the nursing home. Basic Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office. Oversee training and special projects for Front Office personnel.. Work in conjunction with Bethany Administration and department managers to provide clerical support as needed. All other duties as assigned. Requirements Education Required: High Diploma required. Knowledgeable of Business Administration a must. Experience Required: 2-5 years experience in field of business/administration.
Responsibilities
