Supports dealership in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Answering all incoming phone calls in a timely, friendly and efficient manner, using MAGIC skills Ensure mail is taken out and collected daily File documents and keys within accounting office to maintain a clean work area. Scanning Data Entry (purchase orders and invoices) Purchasing in and making jackets for new vehicles Other basic office duties as assigned by the Office Manager Requirements Responsibilities: The receptionist is the first person the customer sees or talks to when they enter or call our dealership. It is the responsibility of this position to make a good first impression with every customer. This includes, but is not limited to the following: Greeting customers and welcome them to the dealership. Create a positive and professional first impression. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions accurately, or promptly connecting them with the individual who can. Skills Required: Bi-lingual (english/spanish) To perform this job successfully, this individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
