This part-time, in-person role has the opportunity to transition to a full-time position after 90 days, based on performance and clinic needs. We’re looking for someone who thrives on completing tasks accurately and on time, can be counted on to follow through without constant supervision, and takes pride in doing things properly and effectively.
This is not a short-term role — we’re seeking someone who wants to grow with our clinic and be part of our long-term success. While nothing is ever set in stone, we are willing to pay on the higher end of the range for a candidate who is committed to staying and building their career with us.
In addition to your administrative, billing, and insurance duties, you will also play an active role in informing patients about our products and services to facilitate sales. This position includes a commission structure that rewards proactive, consultative conversations with patients — without aggressive sales tactics.

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered mindset
  • Highly efficient, detail-focused, and dependable in completing tasks on time
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the clinic
Comfortable discussing products and services in a consultative, non-aggressive manner

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must pass a background check (RCW 43.43.830-840 compliance)
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana
  • In-person attendance is required; this is not a remote role
