POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to work in the Blue Haven Hotel, Kinsale. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in helping with the daily operations of our reception area, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience for all guests.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of reservation and property management systems is a plus.
