QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or bookkeeping role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency with bookkeeping software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Post-secondary education in accounting, business administration, or a related field is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records.
  • Support bookkeeping functions including data entry, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare, review, and process financial documents, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor office supplies, place orders as needed, and maintain a tidy and professional front office environment.
  • Provide support on special projects and additional administrative duties as required.
