OVERVIEW

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our Patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous office or administrative experience is essential in a medical setting.
  • Previous experience in EMIS Web , including familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry.
  • Demonstrated clerical experience is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
